Being an athlete for more than half of my life, fitness has always held a special place in my heart. After having 4 kids, I rely even more on getting in a good sweat session to keep my stress levels in check. I have a serious love and passion for fitness and wellness (I’m a PMA Certified Pilates teacher and an ACE certified personal trainer) and love sharing quick workouts that can be done anywhere, whether you are pregnant or trying to get back at it after giving birth.
