I'm Martina...wife and mama to 4 amazing kiddos, ages 6, 5, 3, and 1. I'm a Pilates Instructor (PMA®) and Personal Trainer (ACE), and share my passion for fitness and wellness, my newfound love for running and training for races, as well as fun, quick workouts you can do anywhere you have time and a little space.
